About Me
Hello! I’m Mitchell Baker, a passionate filmmaker, audio producer, lighting technician, and vinyl enthusiast with over a decade of professional experience in the creative industry.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in filmmaking, which has provided me with a strong foundation in both the technical and artistic aspects of video production. With over ten years of hands-on experience, I’ve had the privilege of working across a variety of projects, from independent films to large-scale productions. My background in film has taught me to approach every project with precision and dedication, ensuring high-quality results and creative excellence.

Alongside my video work, I’ve spent five years working in professional audio production and recording. This experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of sound engineering, mixing, and post-production. I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and work on a variety of audio projects, always focusing on achieving the perfect auditory experience.

Additionally, I’ve spent two years in concert and event lighting, culminating in my role as the house Lighting Director at Nectars in Burlington, VT. This position allowed me to design and execute lighting for live events, helping create immersive experiences that complemented the performances.

Currently, I’m based in Albany, NY, where I work full-time at Burlington Record Pressing, where we specialize in manufacturing custom vinyl records. I’m proud to be part of the growing vinyl revival, combining my technical expertise with a passion for music to produce high-quality records for a diverse range of artists and collectors.
I’m always open to new opportunities and collaborations, so please feel free to reach out if you’re interested in working together or discussing any of my areas of expertise.
